Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery is typically 7-15 business days to the UK and US, 7-18 across Europe, and 8-20 to Australia and New Zealand. You will get tracking as soon as it ships.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email hello@loveechairs.com and we will send a return label and instructions.
Most customers have it fully assembled and ready to sit in within 15–20 minutes. Everything you need comes in the box and the instructions are clear and simple — no special tools required.
The Lovee Chair is the outdoor rocker: powder-coated steel and weather-resistant cushions built to take sun and moisture. The Lovee Indoor Chair is the deeper, softer one for living rooms, bedrooms and nurseries. Both work indoors only the outdoor one is made for the weather.
